Ryan, backing up Firefox bookmarks is a very easy. There are basically three ways by which you can backup your Firefox bookmarks. These are
1: Backing up Firefox Bookmarks as html file.
2: Backing up the Firefox user files.
3: Using an addon.
In this article we will discuss the first method.
How to Backup Firefox Bookmarks as HTML file
Step 1: Load Firefox Browser.
Step 2: Press Ctrl+Shift+B or Click Bookmarks on Menu Bar and then click “Organize Bookmarks”

Step 3: In the pop up window, click on Import and Backup
Step 4: Now Click Export HTML

Step 5: Choose the destination folder and Click Save the html file.
How to Restore Firefox Bookmarks
Steps 1 to 3 are same as above
Step 4: Click Import HTML
Step 5: In the pop up window, select “From and HTML file”, and click Next.
Step 6: Browse and select the HTML file where you took the backup and Click Open. Your Firefox bookmarks will be automatically restored.
