The official Skype app for iPAD is now available for download from iOS App Store. The Skype App for iPad can be used for instant messaging, voice and video calling contacts over 3G and Wi-Fi data connections. It comes will all the features one would expect – Video Chat, Phone Calls, Instant messaging and quick access to contacts.
Video Calling on Skype App requires iOS 4.0 or above. User s can send and receive videos using back or front camera on iPhone 4 , iPad 2 and iPod 4th generation. However users of iPad 1 and iPod 3rd generation will only be able to receive videos.
