We regularly share cool Gmail Tricks with our users, so here is one more trick you guys may not know about – Selecting multiple email messages.
Most of Gmail users know how to select all the messages in one go, but what most of users don’t know is that they can also select multiple messages (say 7 messages) with two clicks. Here is the trick.
Click on the first message in the list, then holding shift, click on the last message in the list.

It will automatically select all the messages between the first and the last messages.
