Gmail is getting better day by day. It was only a few days back when lots of additions like smiley and emotions were added to a normal mail message and now Gmail will be supporting voice and video chat as well.
This latest feature will allow voice chat experience at par with G Talk and video chat experience at par with Yahoo messenger. The only thing that will change is that you will not have to go out of your browser and start any new application.
To enable this feature you will have to first download and install the Gmail voice and video chat plug-in. Once installed you can select from the chat options and either go with a voice chat or with a video chat.
The feature is currently available in browsers like Mozilla, IE, and Chrome and in operating systems like Windows and Mac. The Linux version though not yet released is expected to be released in the near future.
Gmail users would be surely buoyant after series of lovely modifications to the overall looks and features of the mail.
