Since the launch of Google plus, Google has been actively redesigning the looks of most of its products. You must have observed the changes to Google search, YouTube etc. We have earlier discussed changes made to Gmail user interface multiple times.
Continuing with the trend Google has now introduced a redesigned login page for Gmail and other Google products. Currently, it is still in the process of being rolled out, so some of you may not be able to use it immediately. Here is what it looks like.
For those of you who can, just click on the Preview it link at the bottom of original Gmail login page. Once you enable the new Gmail Sign in page, it will become your default login page every time you use Gmail, until you clear your browser cache.
What has changed ?
Apart from the cleaner and whiter look here are some minute changes.
1 : The Gmail Logo is gone in the new sign in page, instead Gmail is written in red text.
2: The Gmail Sign in Page in now centre aligned and occupies the centre of your webpage as opposed to entire screen earlier.
3: The Sign in Box is now larger and more distinct with a greyish background as opposed to light blue background earlier. Other design changes have been marked by green arrows.
4: The Create account box which used to appear below the sign in box, is gone. Instead a it appears as a part of distinct Google bar just above the sign in box.
5: The About Gmail and New Features link now appear below the information about Gmail on left side of the page.
5: A new create a Gmail address link has also been added just below the information as well.
6: The links for Gmail for Organization, Terms and Privacy & Help now appear in a much smaller font.
Overall the new Gmail Login Page looks fresher and more appealing. Tell us your views in the comments.

The new sign-in page does have a simple look. A preschooler could understand it. I’m surprised there aren’t dotted lines..
i like the new look, but am not able to access my account! what is up!
Trying for twenty minutes to even find a sign in page. Unbelievable! Stupid!
If this is the future of Google, then I’m done with it too.
Used g mail because I could take it with me when I move and change internet service providers. Use Google because it is fast and accurate. The best in the world is useless if one can’t even use it.
I want to sign gmail
